As UTPA transitions into UTRGV, a set of guidelines has been developed to assist our departments and search committee members. The guidelines provide guidance to ensure a fair and effective process to follow as you recruit colleagues to serve our diverse student population. All faculty serving on search committees are required to complete the necessary trainings in order to participate. Training is required to be completed every two (2) years. All search committee members are required to complete the following module via Blackboard:
