Our Mission

Build and maintain a creditable relationship within the campus and the community through proactive strategies for affirmative action and equal opportunity for all. Reinforce our efforts through education in the rights of all staff, faculty and students through diversity training, preventing sexual harassment and prohibiting a hostile work/academic environment. Through early intervention, monitoring and discipline we will strengthen our compliance with the law and UTPA Policy.
