The Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) is responsible for:

  • handling complaints of Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, Sexual Misconduct and/or Sexual Violence;
  • ensuring UTRGV’s compliance with federal and state laws with equal opportunity and affirmative action;
  • and compliance in the administration of Title IX.
