Fraud Reporting

To report suspected fraud, waste or abuse of state appropriated funds[1] or any federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds[2] by UTPA, please contact the Texas State Auditor’s Office through the fraud hotline @ 1-800-TX-AUDIT (1-800-892-8348) or online through the State Auditor’s website @ http://sao.fraud.state.tx.us.

In addition to reporting it to the Texas State Auditor’s Office, please report it to the UTPA Anonymous Compliance Hotline @ 1-877-888-0002.
