United Launch Alliance continues its support for UTPA’s College of Engineering and Computer Science

For five years, United Launch Alliance (ULA), the nation’s most experienced and reliable space launch service providers, has partnered with The University of Texas-Pan American to support student organizations and programs in the College of Engineering and Computer Science (CoECS). On Oct. 20, Ralph Luaces of ULA presented a $3,000 check to CoECS Dean Dr. Miguel Gonzalez. Starr County Memorial Hospital makes $10,000 contribution toward UTRGV medical school

On Thursday, August 21, 2014 Starr County Memorial Hospital (SCMH) generously donated $10,000 in support of future UTRGV Medical School students. SCMH is the first hospital to make a contribution toward the future medical school. The donation is being matched by the UTPA Foundation, which issued the UTRGV Medical School Challenge Grant earlier this year.
