Equipment Orientations
Learn how to safely use various pieces of fitness equipment. Our trained Weight/Cardio Supervisors will demonstrate how to use weight machines, free weights, cardio equipment, and other fitness tools. Additionally, our Weight/Cardio Supervisors will educate members how to use a workout log to track exercise progress making for more effective workout sessions. No appointment necessary. Just ask for a equipment orientation at the weight/cardio desk (located in the back of the weight room) and a Weight/Cardio Supervisor will be happy to assist.
