Uniform Admission Policy

If you are a Freshman applicant that attended a private high school, homeschool, or an Out-of-state high school, you must submit the corresponding form along with your high school transcript.

Texas private school or Texas homeschool students:

• UAP1 - Students entering Grade 9 BEFORE the 2007-2008 School Year (Texas High Schools)
• UAP2 - Students entering Grade 9 in 2007-2008 School Year or later (Texas High Schools)

Out-of-state high school or Out-of-state homeschool students:

• UAP3 - Students entering Grade 9 BEFORE the 2007-2008 School Year (NON Texas High Schools)
• UAP4 - Students entering Grade 9 in 2007-2008 School Year or later (NON Texas High Schools)

RESIDENCY FORMS

• Residency Affidavit. If you are a Freshman applicant and you are not a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, and have not started the process to become a permanent resident and want to claim Texas residency for tuition purposes.
• Residency Questionnaire.  If you are an applicant wanting to claim Texas residency for tuition purposes.

FOREIGN TRANSCRIPT EVALUATION

• Foreign Credentials Services of America (FCSA) form. If you attended a high school, college or university in a foreign country, you must request your transcript to be evaluated by FCSA.

SECOND DEGREE EVALUATION

• Second Degree Evaluation form. If you are a Second Degree applicant you must submit this form to complete your application file.
