Prerequisites
Request may be submitted by individuals holding a valid Microsoft Exchange e-mail account.
Third party requests must be endorsed by an account holder, department or division.
All global whitelist requests must be submitted to the IT Helpdesk. Requests will be documented by the IT Helpdesk using their ticketing system and properly routed to the pertinent security staff holding the required administrative privilege to perform this action.
All requests must contain a description detailing the business need associated the request for a global whitelist and must include the source IP of the sender. Global whitelist requests will not be completed based on domain names (xyz.com) or by using a specific e-mail addresses such as jane@xyz.com unless approved by executive management.
