• What is an Oracle account?

An Oracle Account is where all employees are able to access their time cards online, check personal and access other responsibilities as requested.

• How do I log into Oracle?

To log into oracle first go to http://www.utpa.edu/oracle24-7/. Click "Login to Oracle", enter your UTPA username, password and click Login.

• Am I able to change my UTPA Account Password?

Yes, you can change your UTPA Account Password whenever you want, simply go to http://www.utpa.edu/helpdesk. Type your username, current password, and a new password of your choosing (Password must meet all password requiremnts before being accetpted), and click submit only ONCE.

• How do I Reset my Password if I get locked out of my Oracle Account?

To change a password after being locked out you will need to go to the Help Desk located at the Academic Services Building Rm. 1.102.

• What do I do if I have multiple usernames or multiple passwords?

Go by the Help Desk located at the Academic Service Building Rm. 1.102 and they will correct this problem.

• How do I request the financial's responsibility?

Go to http://www.utpa.edu/oracle24-7/docs/financial_responsibility_request_manual.pdf.

• I am new to oracle and would like to know where to find Training Manuals for Oracle procedures.
