Information Technology Planning Council

The ITPC is the University’s central planning group for anything involving information technology, including such subjects as computer laboratories, networking and the Internet, high-performance computation, and statutory and regulatory issues affecting same.

The ITPC consists of the President, all the Vice-Presidents, and other key individuals involved with technology. The Vice President of IT is the Chair of the ITPC.

Faculty Consultation Council

A group of faculty technology users and experts who meet with the Vice President of Information Technology once a semester to discuss issues and ideas relating to teaching, learning, and research.

Staff Consultation Council

Knowledge workers from all major areas on campus who meet with the Vice-President once a semester to get news of technology developments, to share their views and needs, and to make suggestions for improvements.

Student Government Association Involvement

Information Technology works closely with the Student Government Association to keep in touch with students' needs and to learn how we can respond to their needs better.
