After you have received your PIN, you can apply online at www.fafsa.ed.gov
Please bring the following items (if applicable) to better assist with the completion of your application
FOR 2009-2010 Application (Fall 2009, Spring 2010, Summer 2010)
- 2008 Income tax return or W2 Forms
- Student/Parent’s Social Security Number & Date of Birth
- Student/Parent’s PIN
- Permanent Resident Card
Dependent students: Parental signatures ARE verified with the IRS, Social Security Administration, and DHS.
