To receive financial aid from a major student aid program a student should:
- have a high school diploma or a General Education Development (GED) Certificate;
- be enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a regular student working toward a degree in an eligible program;
- be a U.S. Citizen or eligible noncitizen;
- have a valid Social Security Number;
- make Satisfactory Academic Progress SAP (Access SAP)
- sign statement of educational purpose and certification statement on overpayment and default;
- sign statement of authorization to credit account; and
- register with the Selective Service
