Hepatitis A: Given as a two dose series with the second shot being given 6 months after the first.

Tuberculosis (TB) Testing

Student Health Services provides TB testing, interpretation, and documentation for students, faculty and staff. Referrals are made for those needing chest x-ray follow up or screening. Counseling and education is available as indicated by screening results.

Routine Physical Exams

Student Health Services provides physical exam services to meet the requirements of many programs on our campus. There is a wide variation in the requirements of the different programs thus your exam may range from a basic exam to an extensive exam including laboratory and vision testing.

You must bring your immunization records for the SHS staff to review for completeness during your exam. You may need immunizations or laboratory testing to meet immunization requirements of some programs.

There is no charge for the physical exam but you will be charged for any lab tests or immunizations needed to complete your exam requirements. Be sure to bring any forms to be completed that your program may require to be filled out or signed by our staff.

To schedule your physical or ask for more information, call Student Health Clinic at (956) 665-2511.
