The Student Government Association of The University of Texas-Pan American is dedicated to providing an outlet for the student body to express concerns, questions, and suggestions about your institution.

The Student Government Association of The University of Texas-Pan American is comprised of three branches, the Executive, the Legislative, and the Judicial. The Student Government Association also assists with the facilitation of the more than 30 campus committees that affect the lives of our of our student community.

The Student Government is responsible for assisting in the appointment of over 150 student positions on the various campus committees.We are currently accepting requests for nominations for the vacancies on the committees.Applications are available online, the SGA Office, and the Dean of Students Office.If you are interested please fill out an application and return it to the Dean of Students Office or the Student Government Association office.
