Accomodations

We have reserved blocks of rooms at several hotels in the area. Delegations may choose from any of the following: Hampton Inn, La Quinta, Holiday Inn Express, Country Inn & Suites. Delegations will need to contact the hotel and book their own reservations. Be sure to mention the group SWACUHO when making your reservations to receive the conference rate.

The Hampton Inn & Suites is reserving 40 rooms for the conference. Many amenities are offered including complimentary high-speed internet access, swimming pool, fitness room, business center and On the House hot breakfast with a Run Breakfast Bag option.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites has reserved 40 rooms for the conference. The Holiday Inn offers complimentary "Smart Start" breakfast, an outdoor pool and hot-tub, and a health and fitness center. All guestrooms come with free high-speed Internet access, expanded Cable TV and other amenities.

Country Inn and Suites

Country Inn and Suites has reserved 21 rooms for the conference. Amenities include a complimentary continental breakfast, meeting space, a business center, hi-speed Internet access, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, and much more.
La Quinta Inn and Suites

La Quinta Inn and Suites
