Cross Cultural Dynamic

Diversifying a student organization is by far the best way to incorporate and appeal to all aspects of the student body. Communication with individuals from different cultures and addressing cultural differences is a vital process. This workshop will give information to students to implement such a strategy. It will also cover the socio-cultural aspects of human differences and the enhancement of interpersonal/intercultural communication skills. Increases the knowledge and understanding of differences in people and perspectives, enhances learning and performance in multicultural environments and fosters interactive diversity as a socio-cultural imperative and behavioral norm.

Fear of speaking in public is one of the most noted phobias. While it may be a situation that most of us would like to avoid, there are things that you can do to prepare yourself. This workshop is geared at preparing the students to topple their fear of speaking in public by taking proactive measures.
