Fit Squad: The Fit Squad was created to help spread the word about fitness and health. Whether you would like us to come and talk to your department about a health topic, conduct fitness assessments, or conduct a mini-aerobics class, the Fit Squad will be there bringing fitness to you and your co-workers. Any department on campus can schedule a ‘Fit Squad Intervention’ by contacting Melissa Villarreal at 292-7808.
