Faculty/Staff Membership

Current full and part-time employees are eligible to purchase Wellness & Recreational Sports Membership Fee Cards. To purchase a membership, the employee must present his/her valid UTPA ID to a Member Services employee.

Full-time employees may have their membership fees assessed via payroll deduction by completing the necessary forms.

The Wellness & Recreational Sports Membership Fee Card affords the faculty/staff member the following privileges:

1. Access to Wellness & Recreational Sports facilities, programs, and services.
2. Privilege of sponsoring up to three guests per day at a one time admission fee.

Faculty/Staff Membership Fees

• $250 per year
• $85 per semester
• $40 per summer session

Retirees

Retirees of UTPA by presenting their University retiree's card may use the Wellness & Recreation Sports Complex by following the same procedures as faculty/staff.

The retirees may purchase a Wellness & Recreational Sports Membership Fee Card for the same fee as faculty/staff. Alternatively, a retiree, by presenting the University Retiree's card, may purchase a daily pass.
