Group Exercise Class Descriptions
Ab Blast: Try this 15 minute intense core training workout utilizing the stability ball, mat work, and weights designed to strengthen your core muscles.
Aqua Boot Camp: Discover a new way to add variety to your cross training workouts. A great way to get fit without pain to joints, knees, or back! Instructor will use a variety of equipment. No swimming skills necessary.
Aqua Kick:The ultimate aqua kickboxing workout! The water’s resistance cushions and slows the explosive aerobic kicks and punches. No swimming skills necessary.
Balance & Stretch: Slow it down with this low impact, non-aerobic class and improve your balance and flexibility while toning those muscles.
Bootcamp:This class may include plyometrics, circuits, jumping rope, speed work, drills and various other physical challenges that will push your endurance and strength capacity to the limit!
Cardio Express: A 45 minute cardio class that is just enough time for you to get your heart pumping and calories burning.
Cardio Kick: Kick & punch you way to FIT! This interval aerobic workout will keep your heart rate up by doing various kickboxing moves and drills for 45 minutes. The last 10-15 minutes will focus on core strengthening moves.
Cardio Mix: A fantastic heart pumping workout, with high and low impact moves, that will keep your body burning away those calories. Perfect for all fitness levels!
Cardio Sculpt: A strength and cardio workout in one! This class will combine cardiovascular training along with muscle sculpting.
Circuit Training: A great fat burning workout! This 45-55 minute class will consist of rotating between different cardio, strength and drill stations.
CorePole: The Corepole allows you to challenge your muscles with different levels of resistance while adding assistance to moves where you need it most! There will be a sign in sheet outside the studio the class is taken place. 10 Participants max.
Dance & Sculpt: Join the fun and apply dance moves into a dance style workout! Get your heart rate up by doing a variety of dance moves and sculpting exercises to burn away those calories!
Fierce 45: Add a new dimension to your workout routine with this 45 minute, high intensity class focused on advanced, multilevel body conditioning. This class is designed for intermediate to advanced participants!
Half & Half: Burn calories with this 60 minute session consisting of both cardio and muscle strengthening. It could be step, kick-boxing, floor aerobics, Zumba, or any other type of cardiovascular training along with muscle sculpting.
HardCore: This class will focus on strengthening the abdominal muscles along with the lower back muscles which is great for posture and injury prevention. A challenging 20 minute class that will strengthen your core muscles. Hard Core will be taught downstairs in the center tower.
High Intensity Kickboxing: Integrate punches, kicks, and combinations into this high intensity cardiovascular workout.
*Indoor Cycle: Get ready to sweat! Challenge your body with this indoor bike ride performing various sprints and hill climbs. A great cross-training workout that is challenging and fun. First time participants please arrive 10 minutes early for bike set up instructions. Please bring a towel/water bottle!
Kick & Sculpt: This 50 minute class will consist of both kickboxing and muscle toning moves; expect to incorporate punches, kicks, and drills along with muscle sculpting into this workout.
Latin Step: This class utilizes the step bench with Latin music and dance moves such as salsa, merengue and the cha cha cha!
Lower Body Blast: A powerful 30 minute workout focusing on just the lower body muscles.
Muscle Sculpt: This class will work your entire body! You will use various equipment to perform a variety of sculpting exercises, that will help create the muscle definition you've been looking for.
Pilates: This class is designed to burn fat and elongate the muscles. Pilates focuses mainly on the core of the body improving strength and muscle tone.
*Quick Ride: a 30 minute indoor cycling class that is just enough time to get your heart rate up during anytime of the day. Come work up a quick sweat!
Step Aerobics: A fun and energizing aerobic workout using the step benches. Step your way through heart pumping intermediate level choreography moves created to give you a great cardiovascular workout.
Step and Sculpt: This class will begin with a 30 minute cardio session using the step benches and end with 30 minutes of strengthening and toning utilizing the weights and resistance bands.
Upper Body Blast: This 30 minute workout will help to define and shape your upper body muscles.
Yoga: A 45/55 minute routine that combines positions and movements to help balance and enhance your mind and body while burning fat, improving posture and flexibility, and defining your muscles.
Yogalates: This 30 minute class incorporates both yoga and Pilates into one great workout to strengthen the core and improve flexibility.
Zumba: Zumba combines high energy and motivating Latin and International music with unique moves, creating a fun aerobic dance workout that will melt the pounds away.
