Associate Director - Jaime Miranda Mr. Mirande coordinates the College Assistance Migrant Program and the many services provided to all participants. He is also available to answer questions regarding CAMP eligibility requirements, stipends, other scholarship sources and financial aid. Academic Coordinator – Vickie Rangel Mrs. Rangel, assists and advises students with their academic/educational plans, financial aid applications and coordinates the tutoring component of the CAMP program. She is available to assist CAMP students and CAMP Alumni in preparing their individual educational plans, discussing class selection which meets their core curriculum and degree plan requirements, reviewing academic progress (grades) and assist with class registration. Counselor – Sandra Garza Ms. Garza provides both personal and group counseling to CAMP participants. She facilitates the Life Skills Seminar and is the student organization adviser for the Association of Migrant Students (AMS). She is available to assist CAMP students and CAMP Alumni with personal and group counseling, financial aid application assistance and scholarship information.. Email: garzaz1@utpa.edu |

Secretary – Gloria Sandoval Miss Sandoval manages the CAMP main office and supervises the clerical part-time staff. She assists the CAMP Associate Director with the budget and distribution of stipends. Recruiter – Irasema Valencia Irasema is college student and part-time recruiter responsible for the outreach and recruitment of CAMP students. She coordinates presentations to students, counselors, teachers, parents and community organizations.
