complete pages 1-6 and 9-10 (skip 7 and 8)

Submit your ACT or SAT scores.

Score requirements:
Fall 2009 minimum ACT of 17 / SAT of 810
Fall 2011 minimum ACT of 18 / SAT of 850

Submit your FINAL high school transcript.

Must Graduate with Recommended High School Program or higher. Call or visit your high school registrar or counselor

Submit your TSI scores (THEA*, Accuplacer or Compass).

*Texas Higher Education Assessment
TSI scores are needed for academic advisement and course placement

Submit a college transcript.

A college transcript is necessary for all coursework taken while in high school.
