Bicycle Registration Form
All bicycles parked on campus must display a UTPA bicycle parking permit. Permits must be displayed in a location that allows it to be clearly visible at all times. Suggested location: rear vertical frame post. The permit must be visible and legible. Any permit that becomes illegible must be replaced. Damaged bicycle permits will be replaced at no charge. Fill out the following bicycle registration form in order to obtain a free bicycle parking permit.
