The Physical Plant houses departments dedicated to maintaining and operating University facilities. We endeavor to provide the University with a safe, functional, and beautiful place in which we pursue higher education.
All faculty, staff, and students are members of the University community and share the responsibility of keeping our campus beautiful. The Physical Plant welcomes and will seriously consider any ideas you may have to improve campus and our services, and we always appreciate your assistance in detecting any facility related problems on campus.

The two areas within the Physical Plant are: Facilities Planning & Construction and Maintenance & Operations. Also housed in the Academic Support Facilities Physical Plant building are Central Scheduling and Accounting & Assets Management.
