UTPA New Employee Orientations
All benefits-eligible employees (staff and faculty) must attend an orientation conducted by Human Resources upon hire. Employees will be introduced to state, system, and institutional policies, as well as our Institutional Compliance Program. The session will also consist of an overview and enrollment for employee benefits and insurance. The average length of the orientation session is four (4) hours.
