The Office of Compensation is responsible for determining salary ranges for all levels of staff positions. Indicating, analyzing, and responding to equity issues. Performing market salary research and salary surveys. Developing compensation strategies that support the UTPA vision and goals. Providing guidance on regulatory compliance relating to FLSA and providing training on compensation and classification related topics.
