Instructions to Add a Bid Solicitation or Addendum

Upload the PDF File
- Change the content item type to File
- Click the Next button
- Browse your computer for the PDF document
- Type in a Display Name and click Finish
- Click on the Clipboard icon next to the name to copy the location of the PDF file to your computer's clipboard memory.
- Proceed to Step 2 Below
Edit this page to add or modify a Bid
- Login to the Edit Mode of this page
- Scroll down to the Bids region (below the Bid Instructions region).
- Click the pencil icon to edit the text
- Create a new row (right click -> Row -> Insert new row before or after cursor location)
- Fill in the information such as Solicitation number, etc.
- Highlight the Solicitation or Addendum name you want to link to the file
- Click the chain link icon (right side of icons above)
- Paste the URL you copied in step 1 above from your computer's clipboard memory.

For document problems download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
