Financial Aid Accounting / Loan Collections
The mission of the Financial Aid Accounting/Loan Collections Office is to provide timely and accurate processing, awarding, and reporting of federal, state, and local funds. Our main goal is to provide these services in a courteous, professional manner to ensure quality and the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
Financial Aid Accounting Office
The Financial Aid Accounting Office is responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records and reports pertaining to federal, state, and local agencies. Other duties include reviewing and approving expenditures, monitoring university accounts, and reconciling receipts and other cash items.
Loan Collections Office
The Loan Collections Office is responsible for processing, billing and collecting emergency loans. Our office is also responsible for the billing and collection of federal and institutional student loans, received while attending The University of Texas - Pan American.
