Candidates going up for Tenure/Promotion in the next academic year submit External Review request to Department Chair (Reference HOP 6.2.6.C.6)

*HOP 6.2.6.F4 & 6.2.7F3 "A request for resondieration must be initiated in writing no more than ten (10) working dats after the faculty member has been notified of the recommendation... The tenure/promosion committee or evaluator with whom a request is field shall submit a written response to the faculty member within ten (10) working days of receipt of the request... A faculty member may write a reply to the evaluator's response for inclusion in his or her portfolio. The reply must be submitted with five (5) working dats of the faculty member's receipt of the evaluator's response"

1 HOP 6.2.6.F4 & 6.2.7F3 "...the faculty member may request that the University Tenure Committee conduct an independent evaluation of the faculty member's portfolio and issue a recommendation. The faculty member is entitled to this review only if he or she filed requests for reconsideration at all levels of evaluation where unfavorable recommentations were made."
