Service Learning Course Designation Form

Dear Faculty,

If any of your courses in Fall 2014 will include a service learning component – students doing work with and in a community setting tied to course content and reflection – we would like to have a record of that activity. We have created an online form for you to provide some information about your service learning courses. The form can be accessed here.

Upon receiving this information, we will get back in touch with you with forms and support if you have requested. Thank you very much for your cooperation and for all the excellent work you do with our students. If you need additional information or have any feedback, please contact Danika Brown at or 956-665-3170.
