The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009

The act, also referred to as the stimulus package, has made funds available across agencies to retain instructors, improve research facilities and to conduct research in diverse areas. Allocation of the recovery funds are expected to help save or create 3.5 million jobs while simultaneously addressing an array of long unaddressed issues.

The government has developed a single portal as the main vehicle for monitoring progress of the Recovery Act. http://www.recovery.gov/

The ORSP will continuously update Recovery.gov site.
