Students Re-applying to Continue a Graduate Program After Absence

The Reapplying to Continue in Graduate Program After Absence Form may be used for students who skip one full semester* or more in the graduate program to which they have been admitted or enrolled.

The student's application for continuation in the graduate program will be forwarded to the corresponding program director for approval. Under certain circumstances, the program director may decide that the student needs to submit a new application for admission.
