Visiting Scholars Program
The CBEST Visiting Scholars Program provides a stipend and travel expenses to internationally recognized scholars who are interested in conducting onsite research. Visiting faculty conduct research at CBEST from two to fifteen weeks and have access to most CBEST and UTPA facilities that are available to UTPA faculty.
 
Research Associate Program

The CBEST Research Associate Program provides funds for equipment, research assistance and travel to UTPA and external faculty conducting research projects associated with the U.S./Mexico border region.
