Hogg Foundation for Mental Health Bilingual Scholarship

Ina Hogg Foundation scholarships for tuition and fees are available for graduate students who are pursuing a clinical concentration (practice with Latino individuals and families) and who are language proficient in English/Spanish.  Additionally, there has to be a commitment to deliver mental health services to Latinos.  Email Dr.Lydia Arizmendi lydiaa@utpa.edu   for additional information.

Child Welfare Training Stipend (Title IV-E)

Stipends are available for undergraduate and graduate students who contract to do their 480/500-hour field internship with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (TDFPS) and accept employment with the Department following graduation. Additionally, stipends are also available for TDFPS employees.
