The UTPA lab is equipped for a maximum of 32 students per class session.
Please note on the registration form which dates and modules you would like to utilize and submit it to the Regional Biotech office at least two weeks in advance. A confirmation notice and class registration form will be sent to you, upon receipt of your school's registration form.

Parent Permission Agreement:
Prior to visiting our laboratory each student must submit a RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT signed by his/her parent.
Students will not be allowed to participate in the program without this form.
