Graduation Deadlines

Students intending to graduate Spring of 2012 must defend their thesis prior to April 17, 2012 . Students must consult with advisors and the GHP Office to avoid scheduling conflicts. Thesis drafts must be submitted to the committee and GHP Office by March 28, 2012.

Students intending to graduate Fall of 2012 must defend their thesis prior to TBA. Students must consult with advisors and the GHP Office to avoid scheduling conflicts. Thesis drafts must be submitted to committee and GHP Office by TBA.

All drafts must be submitted to committee members and the GHP Office at least 10 working days before the defense date!

***Students who miss these deadlines will not be able to graduate that semester from the honors program.***

Honors Recognition Ceremony and Reception for the 2011-2012 academic year  is scheduled for Wednesday April 25, 2012, from 5-9pm.

Honors Contracts

STUDENTS: Honors Course by Contract are due on February 7, 2012. Student Evaluation Forms are due by May 4, 2012.

*Only students who are official members of the Guerra Honors Program may submit an honors contract.

Scholarship Availability & Deadlines

Honors Merit Scholarships applications for academic year 2012-2013 must be submitted through the Students Financial Services Excellence Scholarship by January 15, 2012.

The 2012 Honors Study Abroad Scholarship Application is now available, Deadline is January 20, 2012. The application can be found here.
