Admissions Process (see Handbook, page 8)

1. Complete graduate application for UTPA Office of Graduate Studies.  An application for graduate studies may be obtained by downloading the PDF.file Application or by visiting the Office of Graduate Studies website.  Once completed, return the application to the Office of Graduate Studies. Please note there are separate applications for domestic students and international students.  The MPA Department is unable to admit you into the program without clearance from the Office of Graduate Studies.

2. Once clearance has been obtained from the Office of Graduate Studies, you will receive an electronic welcome message from the MPA program. You will be told to contact the Program Director for advisement, and your career in the MPA program will have begun.
