The Certification Test Preparation Lab office has a Instructional Development Designer II who assists graduate students in the preparation for the Texas Examinations of Educator Standards (TExES). Texas law requires all individuals seeking educator certification to pass examinations in the areas in which they seek certification. Students admitted to the Principal Program are required to take a TExES Representative Exam (Practice Test) during the internship (EDUL 6398).
