**Only students who have successfully completed the comprehensive examination may enroll in EDUL 8190, 8390 or 8690. Students must identify a dissertation chair in order to enroll in the appropriate section of EDUL 8390, except for summer enrollment. EDUL 8390-students will re-enroll in the course until they have defended their dissertation proposal. Students must be enrolled in EDUL 8390 (not 8190) at the time they defend their proposal.

***Only students who have successfully defended their dissertation proposal while enrolled in EDUL 8390 are eligible to enroll in EDUL 8195, 8395, or 8695. EDUL 8395- students will re-enroll in the course until they have defended their dissertation. Students must be enrolled in EDUL 8395 (not 8195) at the time they defend their dissertation.
