CAP Clinic


The Counseling and Assessment Preparation (CAP) Clinic provides free counseling services in a variety of settings that include; individual, family, marriage, and group.  The CAP Clinic operates under a brief therapy model allowing each client up to twelve (12) sessions.  If the student clinician feels that the client is requiring more services she/he will staff the case with the Director and/or the Licensed Professional Counselor on staff to determine the need to allow continued services for the client.

Clients typically present, but not limited to, the following issues:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Marital Concerns
  • Family
  • Couples
  • Behavioral
  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Grief
