Welcome to the Center of Excellence in STEM Education

Funded by the Department of U.S. Department of Defense

Our Center of Excellence is focused on integrating South Texas efforts in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics education. At our Center, students can interact with STEM professionals and with each other to learn and read about various STEM opportunities that impact their academic and career choices. The C-STEM Student Research Program also provides opportunities for students and faculty to conduct research together in Department of Defense research areas of interest.
