By assigning projects and providing seminars we develop necessary leadership skills in the student to be prepare for any challenge the student can encounter in an internship of in the job field. We develop the student communication skill that the student can implement in particular situations by assigning presentations, arrange practice interviews and providing training. We develop tooling skills that are essential in the field of manufacturing by exposing student to unforgettable experiences and hands on activities in our well equipped Hi-bay. And at the end of the day, we go home knowing that we had made long lasting friendships and that our educations get us closer to a honorable career as Engineering is.
