Masters of Accountancy (MACC)
The MACC program is designed to prepare students for leadership positions in careers such as public accounting, industry, government, tax and not-for-profit. The complexity of the current environment imposes on contemporary accountants and management a heightened demand for renewed accounting knowledge relating to financial, managerial, legal, information systems, taxation and reporting ramifications of strategic organizational decisions. The MACC program includes courses that address auditing and attestation, U.S. and international taxation, financial reporting, ethics, fraud examination, legal issues and a more dynamic use of accounting in decision making. Uniquely, students may complete the program online or through the traditional face-to-face format.
