The MBA degree is a broad-based, 36-hour program that may be completed in two academic years. 

Program courses are scheduled during evening hours or weekends

The MBA Program is open to students who have a bachelor's degree in any discipline, however, foundation courses or their equivalents should be taken prior to enrolling in MBA program courses.

• If you want to compete for professional accounting positions in business and government as well as in public accounting firms.
• If you want to meet the 150-hour requirements of the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy to sit for the Certified Public Accountant examination,
• If you want to specialize in accounting beyond the undergraduate accounting degree
• If you want to retrain yourself to be an accountants.

The MACC Program is open to students who have a bachelor's degree in any field, however, foundation courses or their equivalents should be taken prior to enrolling in advanced classes.

• If you want to take graduate-level coursework along with undergraduate-level courses to more efficiently complete the graduate program requirements;
• If you want to meet the 150-hour requirements of the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy to sit for the Certified Public Accountant examination;
• If you want to specialize in accounting beyond the undergraduate accounting degree.

The MACC degree is a 36-hour program that may be completed in two academic years.

The MACC Program is open to students who have a bachelor's degree in any field, however, foundation courses or their equivalents should be taken prior to enrolling in advanced classes.

• If you want to work in and contribute to an intellectual environment of future business leaders;
• If you want a career as a faculty member at a university;
• If you want to create knowledge by conducting leading-edge, business research;
• If you want a management role in the private sector or in government service.

The Ph.D degree is a minimum 66-hour degree program. The time for program completion varies but courses may be completed in 2 ½ years.

Program courses are offered at various times throughout the day and evening and require a full-time commitment. Research assistantships may be available on a competitive basis.

The Ph.D Program is open to students who have a degree in any field, however, foundation courses or their equivalents should be taken prior to enrolling in advanced classes.

• If you have an undergraduate degree in a nonbusiness subject but want to pursue an MBA;
• If you want to learn the fundamentals of business concepts, theories and practices;
• If you want to refresh your knowledge of fundamental and current business practices.

The Certificate in Healthcare Administration and Leadership consists of six 3-hour credit graduate level courses and may be completed in one year.

All certificate courses are offered online.

The Certificate program is open to all students with an undergraduate degree in any field.

• If you want to lead in the planning, direction, coordination and delivery of health care services.
• If you need graduate level administrative business skills to progress in the healthcare field.
• If you are a graduate student in the MBA, MSN, MPA, MA, MS or Ph.D. program interested in the healthcare field;
• If you are a physician, healthcare administrator, clinical laboratory scientist, dietitian, nurse or other healthcare professional needing basic knowledge of business administration to better manage your business.

The Certificate in Healthcare Administration and Leadership consists of four 3-hour credit graduate level courses and may be completed in one year.
