COLTT offers support and services for Blackboard Learn, UTPA supported software and professional development for UTPA faculty.

The Center for Online Learning, Teaching and Technology (COLTT) is located in the Educational Complex, EDCC 2.202.

At the COLTT, our goal is to provide the highest quality services in the shortest amount of time. Unfortunately at busy times of the year, our requests for assistance may outnumber our resources, and depending on your needs, it may take between 4-7 days to complete your request.
