All requests for new course shells for fully online courses are due two months prior to the first day of the semester in which the course will be taught.

All other requests for course shells (for online, augmented or blended courses) are due one week prior to the first class day of the semester. There will be a seven business day return on these requests.

No new course shell requests will be processed during the first week of classes.

Any course shell requests sent after the first week of classes can expect a 10 business day return.

Please Note: If you have a course with multiple sections, each section should be filled out separately with their respective call numbers. Similarly, if you have multiple courses, each course should be filled out seperately with their call numbers. Providing the correct call number will help us process your request faster.
