Using Social Media Free to Increase Sales
When sales are low and paying for traditional advertising, like newspaper ads and fliers, is pushing your small business further into debt, perhaps it’s time to embrace social media.
Social media offers free platforms to advertise, brand and build your business. Learn how to use Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+ and other social networks to increase profits.
Optimizing Your Website to Attract Visitors
If you are a business owner with an online presence, you know that you need to be able to attract visitors to your site in order to be successful on the Internet. You also know that this can be a tricky process since the web and search engines on the web are constantly changing. If you are new to owning your own site or are in the process of starting one up there are several steps and tips you can learn in order to help drive and increase visitor traffic to your site. This workshop will cover important steps and tips. If you follow these steps and learn how to expand from them you will ultimately have a well-established website on the Internet.
Using Google Analytics to Understand Your Customers
A regular review of your visitor usage is a critical step in getting the most out of your website, online sales and marketing efforts. Without reliable visitor data, we can only guess how good a job your website is doing in supporting your business. If your website is not doing enough business for you, analytics can help you determine the cause - which is usually one of two reasons:
· Not enough visitor traffic to your website
· Not a good conversion rate for those customers that are visiting your site
Based on the answer to these questions, you will know where to focus your efforts. And if your website is already generating good business... could it do better? Of course! In this case, use analytics to determine which areas of your site are doing well, which are not, and make changes that are necessary to drive business.
