The 4th annual Project Director Meeting for the Beginning Farmer & Rancher Development Program (BFRDP) will be held on November 13 - 16, 2013 at the Embassy Suites hotel in subtropical McAllen, Texas. There will be two optional tours on Saturday morning; with the option to be dropped off at McAllen Miller International Airport (MFE) by 2:30 pm that day. There is an additional cost for the tours ($50 including local lunch).

PD meeting presentation instructions
The registration fee for this two day meeting is $200/person. Registration fee includes meeting rooms, supplies, and other costs (all meals during the meeting except the second night’s dinner).
Fill out the registration form at the link below. A unique payment form will be generated for you. Payment forms and fees must be mailed and POSTMARKED no later than the dates indicated below. No fax, email, on-line or on-site payment will be accepted. Confirmation of registration will be provided upon receipt of the registration form and fee.
