I am not working as much as this year as I did last year, can I get more financial aid?
If your income for the current year is at least 25% less than it was in the previous year, you will need to make an appointment to meet with your Financial Aid counselor to determine if you might be eligible to file an Income Reduction Form to have your need for financial assistance re-evaluated.
What do I do if I have a special circumstance and I need to discuss this with a financial aid advisor?
Financial aid advisors at the University of Texas-Pan American are available to discuss any special circumstances you may have regarding your financial aid application.
To set an appointment with one of them, you may visit the Student Financial Services Office at the Student Services Building 1.192 or you may call our office at (956) 381-2501.
Office hours are: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Monday – Friday.
