Conducted research on gas-assisted injection molding(GAIM). Study included design of GAIM controller, data acquisition, Labview programming, C-Mold analysis and GAIM product design guidelines.

Conducted research on fuzzy logic control of injection molding machines. Comprehensive knowledge of injection molding process and computer skill were required. Study included writing fuzzy inference interpreter, injection molding trouble shooting and process control.

Conducted research on the determination of the reactivity ratio in the gas-phase copolymerization of ethylene/-olefins. Wrote high level computer programs.

Conducted research on the devolatalization of Vac from EVA/VAc system. Wrote a data analysis program. Designed a sorption chamber with digital temperature controller and high temperature oil circulation system to determine the equilibrium solubility of the given system

Conducted a study on the synthesis of poly(phenylene sulfide)(PPS). Work included PPS  synthesis and intensive characterization, designing of a lab scale extruder and installation of control equipment.

Graduate Student Assistant, Inha University , Incheon, 425-751, Korea . Conducted a study on the determination of the composition and mass transfer resistance of the ethylene-propylene copolymerization in the solvent slurry reactor. Work included an intensive program development to estimate reactor conditions (pressure, mole fraction, volume, phase  equilibrium, mass transfer resistance, etc.).
